No Bake Pumpkin Bars
Ingredients
The bars

creamy cashew butter

old-fashioned oats, ground into fine flour

ground flaxseed

The topping

semi sweet chocolate chips

cashew butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine all bar ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined pan.
- For the topping, place chocolate chips and nut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate on top of the bar mixture and smooth it out.
- Top with flaky salt.
- Freeze for four hours or overnight.
- Once solid, slice into 16 bars and store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
