Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray an 8-inch x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the baking dish and spread it out with a spatula.
- Top with additional chocolate chunks if desired.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with sea salt, slice, and serve.
