Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a rubber spatula.
- 6. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
