Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray and parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
