Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking pan and press down evenly.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set, then slice and serve.
