Cherry Custard

The cherries
-

pitted cherries, sliced in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray 4 ramekins with baking spray and dust with a little flour.
- Toss the cherries into the ramekins.
- Whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and flour until smooth.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekins over the cherries.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack; it will deflate while cooling.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
