Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, and lemon zest.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined, ensuring no dry spots remain.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly with your hand.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown slightly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, as they will harden as they cool.
