Grillable Veggie Burger

Instructions
- Cook brown rice if not already done.
- Toast walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
- Sauté diced onion in the same skillet with oil, salt, and pepper until translucent.
- Blend cooled walnuts with spices and coconut sugar until fine.
- Mash black beans in a bowl, leaving some whole.
- Combine mashed beans with cooked rice, walnut mixture, sautéed onion, panko, and BBQ sauce, mixing until a moldable dough forms.
- Form the mixture into 5 larger patties or 10 smaller ones.
- Heat grill or skillet and brush with oil.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
