For cooking
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high and coat with olive oil.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and add diced tomatoes, green pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta and chili crunch oil over the eggs and cook until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and scoop cooked grains onto a plate.
- Slide the eggs onto the grains and top with fresh dill and pickled onions.
