Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing ground pecans, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and strained applesauce to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the prepared crusts.
- Chill the cheesecakes in the refrigerator until set.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
