Homemade Graham Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a cookie sheet.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then add the dry ingredients and mix until a ball forms.
- Place the dough ball on the cookie sheet and roll it out into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 2½-inch squares without cutting all the way through, and pierce the tops with a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the crackers inside with the door ajar for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the crackers, re-cut them if necessary, and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
