Homemade Graham Crackers
Ingredients
The dough

The wet ingredients

butter (2 sticks, softened)

light brown sugar

Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and honey, and mix until light and fluffy.
- Reduce the mixer speed and add the flour mixture, beating until combined.
- Flour a work surface and roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate or freeze the cut dough for another 10-15 minutes until firm.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
