Ingredients

  • ¼ large ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • a pinch white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
