Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions
- Process the garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add water, olive oil, avocado, herbs, and green onion, then process until smooth.
- Slowly add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, tasting as you go to adjust tanginess.
- Add salt to taste, then enjoy the dressing.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
