Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened dairy-free yogurt alternative
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scrape down the sides if needed and add water for desired consistency.
