Strawberry and Blueberry Brioche Dough Danish

Filling

Instructions
- Mix the yeast, salt, and water in a bowl and mix well.
- Add eggs, honey, and melted butter, and mix until blended.
- Incorporate flour using a dough hook until mixed; the dough may look loose.
- Transfer the dough to another bowl, cover, and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Chill the dough for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Rinse and slice strawberries and rinse blueberries.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk until blended.
- Divide the dough into 8 small balls and shape them.
- Roll out each ball into a rectangle and place the cheese filling in the center.
- Top with blueberries or strawberries and cut the sides into strands for a lattice.
- Cross the strands over the filling and brush with egg.
- Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
