Oatless Zucchini Oatmeal

Instructions
- Mix the zucchini and mashed banana in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the egg whites and almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking continuously.
- After a minute, add the flaxseed and protein powder, whisking together and cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in the zucchini and banana mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thick.
- Add cinnamon, stir, and serve with desired toppings.
