Ingredients

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 2 tablespoons cassava flour
  • ½ cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cassava flour, arrowroot flour, sea salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, water, and olive oil to the dry mixture and combine well.
  4. Form the dough into balls and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Roll out the chilled dough on parchment paper, adding extra flour to prevent sticking.
  6. Add desired toppings to the rolled-out dough.
  7. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes until the crust rises and browns slightly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
