Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the pot and cover with water.
- Close the lid and ensure it is sealed.
- Select the Pressure Cook option on High Pressure and set the timer for 60 minutes.
- Allow the pot to naturally release pressure for at least 25 minutes after cooking.
- Open the lid and let the broth cool.
- Strain the broth through a colander to remove bones and vegetables.
- Store the broth in jars or freezer bags, leaving room for expansion if freezing.
- Use the broth in soups or recipes as needed.
