Ingredients

  • 1 unit Turkey Carcass (bones/meaty bones)
  • 2 unit Yellow Onions
  • 3 unit Carrots
  • 2 ribs Celery
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 leaf Bay Leaves
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Salt (optional)
  • Water to cover Water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pot and cover with water.
  2. Close the lid and ensure it is sealed.
  3. Select the Pressure Cook option on High Pressure and set the timer for 60 minutes.
  4. Allow the pot to naturally release pressure for at least 25 minutes after cooking.
  5. Open the lid and let the broth cool.
  6. Strain the broth through a colander to remove bones and vegetables.
  7. Store the broth in jars or freezer bags, leaving room for expansion if freezing.
  8. Use the broth in soups or recipes as needed.
