Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot or slow cooker and fill with water to the max line.
- For the Instant Pot, pressure cook for 2 hours (4 hours is optimal) and allow natural steam release for at least 30 minutes before straining.
- For the slow cooker, cook on low for 12-18 hours.
- Strain the broth through a mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove bones and scraps.
- Store the broth as needed.
