Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 lbs. cooked chicken
  • 2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup almonds, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced

The dressing

  • ½ cup organic mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces, placing it in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the grapes and celery, and add them to the bowl.
  3. Dice the almonds and add them to the bowl.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Stir to combine well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate and serve cold.
