Ingredients

The punch

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • cups pear juice or nectar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) favorite prosecco
  • cups Prairie Organic Vodka
  • 2 cans (12 oz) diet ginger beer

The fruit and garnish

  • 3 honeycrisp apples, sliced and de-seeded
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds or cranberries
  • 6-7 cinnamon sticks
  • Few sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine apple cider, pear juice, prosecco (if serving immediately), vodka, and ginger beer, then mix well.
  2. Add apple slices, orange slices, pomegranate seeds (or cranberries), and cinnamon sticks to the mixture.
  3. If making ahead of time, cover the punch and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, add ice, prosecco, and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
