Instructions
- Warm the coconut cream concentrate by placing the jar in hot water for about 20 minutes.
- Mix the coconut cream filling ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Prepare the whoopie pie cakes using the chocolate heart cookies recipe, scooping the batter onto a lined cookie sheet.
- Flatten the scooped batter slightly with wet hands.
- Bake the cakes until done, noting they will not change shape much in the oven.
