Pressure Cooker Quinoa

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer.
- Place the quinoa, water or broth, and salt in the Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker.
- Set the cooker to manual high pressure for 1 minute.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15-20 minutes.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
