Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Place the quinoa, water or broth, and salt in the Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker.
  3. Set the cooker to manual high pressure for 1 minute.
  4. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
