Spicy Shrimp with Cauliflower Mash and Garlic Kale

kalettes OR chopped kale

Shrimp

olive oil

shrimp (enough for 4 people)

a few good shakes
garlic salt, chili powder, cayenne, and/or black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot, add cauliflower and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add milk and 2 cups of broth, simmer until cauliflower is soft.
- Add white beans and mash roughly, then stir in cornmeal and adjust consistency with remaining broth.
- Stir in cheese and season to taste.
- In a skillet, heat bacon fat, add greens and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, pat shrimp dry, and season with spices.
- Cook shrimp for a few minutes, then add a splash of water or broth to create a sauce.
- Serve shrimp and kale over cauliflower mash.
