Greek Style Meatballs

chopped kalamata olives

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and knead until fully combined.
- Form into approximately 20 meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat cooking fat in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the meatballs in batches of 10 until golden, about 4-5 minutes each.
- Reserve the par-cooked meatballs in a shallow bowl while searing the rest.
- Once all meatballs are seared, return them to the skillet, lower the heat, and cook until fully cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
