The Dipping Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 420 degrees.
- 2. Soak the bread in milk in a bowl.
- 3. Prepare a baking sheet with a rack on top.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lamb, and beef, and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Squeeze excess moisture from the soaked bread and crumble it into the meat mixture.
- 6. Mix in onion, parmesan, parsley, cayenne, garlic, and egg.
- 7. Shape the mixture into 1 ½ - 2 inch balls and arrange them on the rack.
- 8. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, then sprinkle with lemon juice.
- 9. For the dipping sauce, mix yogurt, milk, feta, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl.
- 10. Serve the meatballs with the dipping sauce.
