Instructions
- Mix together ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, egg, chopped mint, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into meatballs using about 1 heaping tablespoon per meatball.
- Coat the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil and heat to medium.
- Fry the meatballs in batches, stirring occasionally until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and tzatziki.
