Instructions
- Prepare the tzatziki by squeezing excess water from the grated cucumber and mixing it with yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes. Then add parsley, egg, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Incorporate the ground turkey into the mixture until combined. Form tablespoon-sized meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- To serve, slice the pita breads in half and fill each with tzatziki, tomatoes, greens, and meatballs.
