Healthy Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and minced garlic.
- 2. Grate the red onion into the turkey mixture or chop it finely.
- 3. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix until just combined.
- 4. Form the mixture into 14 meatballs.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 6. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning them to ensure even cooking.
- 7. Cook until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- 8. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the Tzatziki sauce.
- 9. Serve the meatballs over rice.
