Chicken Meatballs

Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic in a food processor.
- Add chicken, 2 tbsp olive oil, feta, egg, panko, oregano, chili flakes, olives, sundried tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the processor and pulse until combined without over-mixing.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2 tbsp each.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with optional butter and lemon sauce.
