Chicken Meatballs

Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, pulse together zucchini, carrots, parsley, and garlic.
- 2. Add almond flour, egg, and chicken to the processor.
- 3. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, then process until thoroughly combined.
- 4. Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- 5. Bake meatballs at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 6. Serve.
