Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash face down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until easily shredded.
- Once cooked, shred the squash into a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain and add to the bowl with the squash.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture and transfer it to a small casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
- Top with optional toppings like lettuce, pickles, or sauces before serving.
