Instructions
- Whisk together the mayo, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, pickles, onions, parsley, and thyme.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and mix well. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste if needed.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
