Ingredients

Ham Salad

Sandwiches

  • 8 pieces potato or dinner rolls
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste pickle slices
  • to taste potato chips
  • to taste lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground ham, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and dried onion flakes in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. To assemble the sandwiches, split the rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on each side.
  4. Top the bottom half with the ham salad, pickle chips, potato chips, and lettuce leaves, then serve.
