Instructions
- Mix the ground ham, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and dried onion flakes in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- To assemble the sandwiches, split the rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on each side.
- Top the bottom half with the ham salad, pickle chips, potato chips, and lettuce leaves, then serve.
