Ingredients

The salad

  • 16 ounces cooked ham, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill relish
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

For serving

  • Bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the chopped ham to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground ham, mayonnaise, dill relish, and minced onion.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. 5. Serve with bread or crackers.
