Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and slice the olive bread into four thin rounds.
- Drizzle the bread with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, onion, tarragon, and capers, then pour the dressing over and mix gently.
