Homestyle Tuna Salad

olive oil mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

dill pickle juice

celery (fine dice)

sweet onion (fine dice)

Italian parsley (finely chopped)

sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and pickle juice in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Drain the tuna and add it to the mixing bowl with the dressing.
- Add diced onion, parsley, and celery to the bowl and stir to combine, breaking apart large chunks of tuna.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- If time allows, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight, before serving.
- Serve on toast, slider rolls, or over a salad.
