Easy Classic Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 24 oz canned tuna, drained
  • 3 stalks celery, finely diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp sweet relish
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add drained tuna and mix with a fork until finely flaked.
  2. Add diced celery and mix, then incorporate mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sweet relish, and lemon juice. Stir in salt and pepper, then use a potato masher or large fork to mix until finely shredded.
  3. Serve on toasted bread, in lettuce cups, or atop a salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
