Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix lime juice, tamari sauce, ¼ cup olive oil, and ginger powder in a bowl and set aside 2 tablespoons.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture, cover, and refrigerate for an hour if possible.
- Bake the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes until it reaches 165 degrees.
- Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice, then transfer to a baking dish and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Roast the cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then pour the reserved marinade over it.
- Prepare hard boiled eggs and blanch green beans in boiling water.
- Divide the chicken, cauliflower, eggs, and green beans among containers.
