Buttery Instant Pot Cabbage

Instructions
- Add the chopped cabbage and diced onion to the Instant Pot.
- Add the cold butter, kosher salt, and black pepper, then pour in the broth.
- Stir the mixture quickly, then secure the lid with the vent in the sealing position.
- Set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 7 minutes.
- Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the Instant Pot to come to pressure before the cook time begins.
- Once the 7 minutes are up, carefully Quick Release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir the cabbage mixture again and use a slotted spoon to remove the cabbage from the pot.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve hot.
