Quick and Easy Instant Pot Cabbage

Instructions
- Slice the cabbage in half and remove the core, then cut into smaller strips.
- Set the Instant Pot to the sauté function and add olive oil.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and allow it to cook briefly.
- Add the butter and let it melt, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add the sliced cabbage and broth to the pot, ensuring it is well mixed.
- Seal the pot and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
- Quick release the steam when done, then open the pot.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
