Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage in half and remove the core, then cut into smaller strips.

  3. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and allow it to cook briefly.
  5. Add the butter and let it melt, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
  6. Add the sliced cabbage and broth to the pot, ensuring it is well mixed.
  7. Seal the pot and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  8. Quick release the steam when done, then open the pot.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
