Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a skillet, heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil to 350 degrees.
- Add one tortilla to the skillet and cook until blistering, about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Flip the tortilla, fold it to form a taco shell, and hold until crispy, about 15 to 30 seconds.
- Transfer the fried tortilla to the wire rack and keep warm in the oven while repeating with the remaining tortillas.
