Homemade Tortilla Chips

Instructions
- Cut the tortillas into six even triangles.
- For frying, heat oil to 350°F and fry the tortilla pieces for 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 350°F, brush tortillas with oil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 350°F, cut tortillas into triangles, and air fry for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
