Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas lightly with oil.
- Stack the tortillas and cut them into triangles.
- Place the triangles on two large baking sheets in an even layer without overlapping.
- Sprinkle the tortilla triangles with salt to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 7 to 11 minutes, rotating the sheets once, until golden brown and crisp.
- Cool the chips completely as they will crisp up further while cooling.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa, or enjoy plain.
