Ingredients

  • 6 pieces corn tortillas
  • to taste none kosher salt
  • as needed none olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas lightly with oil.
  3. Stack the tortillas and cut them into triangles.
  4. Place the triangles on two large baking sheets in an even layer without overlapping.
  5. Sprinkle the tortilla triangles with salt to taste.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 7 to 11 minutes, rotating the sheets once, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Cool the chips completely as they will crisp up further while cooling.
  8. Serve with guacamole, salsa, or enjoy plain.
