Ingredients

The chips

  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon sea salt

Optional spices

  • to taste various spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Cut the corn tortillas into 6 equal triangles.
  3. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the top side of the tortilla pieces with lime juice and sprinkle half of the salt on top.
  5. Flip the tortilla pieces and brush the other side with lime juice, then sprinkle the remaining salt.
  6. Bake for 16-17 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.
  7. Serve with your favorite dips.
