Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stack the tortillas and cut them into 6 triangular slices to make 36 chips.
- Arrange the chips on the baking sheet and brush both sides with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Sprinkle the chips with cumin, chili powder, and sea salt, spreading the spices evenly.
- Bake the chips for 14-16 minutes until crispy and golden, then let them cool for 5 minutes.
