Ingredients

  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stack the tortillas and cut them into 6 triangular slices to make 36 chips.
  3. Arrange the chips on the baking sheet and brush both sides with a thin layer of olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the chips with cumin, chili powder, and sea salt, spreading the spices evenly.
  5. Bake the chips for 14-16 minutes until crispy and golden, then let them cool for 5 minutes.
