Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes juice of (about ¼ cup of juice)
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or large measuring cup and mix well.
  2. Use the mixture as a marinade for chicken, seafood, steak, or pork.
  3. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, ideally up to 1 hour, and up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
