Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and sprinkle with additional nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the center is firm, checking for doneness.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
