Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread pan with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- In a larger bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and sprinkle the chopped pumpkin seeds on top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
